You have the option to order both a design project and a consultation thousands of miles away from my location.
Project development is managed according to the information received from a client.
The final project is delivered via email in PDF format. In addition, Skype calls will be carried out.
P.S. At the customer's request, I usually come to the site to deliver the project, pick up the materials and meet with the renovation team.
*In this case, the customer provides me with accommodation and transportation costs. If the object is located in a country with a visa regime, the client will also bear the cost of processing the appropriate documents.
Escorting to another country (China, Turkey, Italy, etc.) to help in the selection of finishing materials, fittings, furniture, and accessories for the implementation of the project.

CONTRACT SIGNING
First of all, you will receive a contract.
What is it for?
You need it so that you know exactly what and under what conditions you will receive as a result of our cooperation.
There are two appendices to the contract:
The first is a clear list of services included in the price.
The second is a brief (to be attached later, as it is prepared on the basis of the discussion of the project).
collapse
DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT
The initial discussion of the project is a few hours of communication with questions from my side (be prepared, there will be a lot) and your story about how you want to see your home (apartment, restaurant, club, hotel, etc.) eventually.
At this stage, we will discuss the possible options and propose different solutions and I will look at your reactions and preferences.
The second stage of the discussion will be to look at examples of interiors that you have prepared. Why do I ask you to collect them? To move from the abstract "beautiful" to a more precise understanding of what exactly is the embodiment of this word for you.
We will talk about each picture.
Because in the same picture, you will see a chandelier and I will see slippers. To avoid miscommunication, we will discuss every picture in detail.
Based on this conversation, I will write a BRIEF (Supplement to Contract #2).
Read how to properly prepare information for cooperation in the "WHEN A PROJECT IS RUN REMOTELY" section.

SPACE-PLANNING SOLUTION
-
Initial plan with dimensions (it is also called the measurement - the initial data on the project).
-
Wall dismantling plan with dimensions.
-
Wall construction plan with dimensions.
-
Zoning of the room. Arrangement of furniture with dimensions, taking into account the laws of ergonomics of space.
-
In accordance with the customer's technical specifications, (Supplement to Contract #2), the laws of ergonomics, and compliance with building regulations, I will prepare for you several variants for planning solutions. And you will decide which option is closer to you.
I cannot say beforehand how many variants there will be! Maybe it will be one very good option, which contains everything and only needs to be "finalized" to perfection.
Maybe there will be two equally good ones, and you will have to choose.
Sometimes, in any scenario, not everything fits, and then I make some variants, and the discussion is: in this version, we respected this, that, and the other, but we could not include this or that. And in this one, we could put this, this, and this, but this has to be sacrificed.

CREATING COLLAGES
collapse
-
Creating a collage to determine the overall concept of the room.
-
Selecting real materials, accessories, and furniture.
DESIGN AND 3D VISUALIZATION
This is where the most interesting things happen.
In my work I do not use collages or mood boards (unless it is an "EXPRESS" project), you immediately see the photorealistic 3D visualization.
My clients call it "pictures from the future" and it really seems to be accurate, because if you follow the project strictly, you will get exactly the same picture in reality.
Your room will be reproduced in the 3d program with perfect accuracy. I will project it from the inside as if I were constantly on site, breaking down and raising walls, bringing and taking away furniture, carpets, and curtains, and leaving only the best that will suit you!
The visual part includes:
-
Elaboration of the appearance of all the rooms of the project.
-
An unlimited number of realistic renderings of each room.
-
Visualizations of day, evening, and accent lighting of the room.
-
Top view (plan in color).
-
Additional (clarifying) images at the client's request.
Looking ahead, I will answer the question "Why don't I waste your time with collages and mood boards?"
The answer is simple.
I do not use the services of visualizers, so I do not have to pay from the project budget for the redesign of a third-party specialist.
Every redesign costs money, and the designer does not want to pay this extra money, so he first makes a collage for approval and only then orders a visualization.
You and I skip this unnecessary stage and immediately see all the visual solutions in the reality of your space.
